I'm Dhadi Sai Praneeth Reddy, Co-Founder and CEO of Atlas AI Labs. I build sovereign AI for governments and enterprises, where getting it wrong has real consequences.
For six months I researched alone, then wrote what became The Endless Ocean: Oceanography, Volume 1, an introductory textbook of about 300 pages across 15 chapters.
That was when I learned how far a question can take you if you refuse to stop at the easy answer.
I kept writing after that, story books included. One of them comes back later in this story.

In 10th class, thanks to YouTube, I started learning the C language.
I didn't stop at tutorials. I kept building.
Over time I shipped projects across around forty different frameworks and tools. In 12th class I began researching computer science and development, and started learning AI and machine learning.

Chapter 03 · Research and competing
Where AI became the mission
In my first year of B.Tech at Vasavi College of Engineering, I began publishing research papers at conferences and went deep into AI research. Watching how fast the field was moving, and how much it could change, is what pulled me in for good.
That same year I started entering AI hackathons. Smart India Hackathon took me through department, campus and regional rounds before I couldn't move forward. It was disappointing, and it made me work harder.
In March 2025 I took part in Gen AI Hackathon 2025 at Vasavi, with SmartBridge, nasscom and FutureSkills Prime, and won 1st place among 80+ teams with QwiX CV. It was my first win.
I also won 1st place at HackIndia 2025 Spark 6, a 36-hour overnight hackathon at CBIT, among 60 finalist teams, and went on to be a national finalist in the top 30.

Building QwiXGenie then showed me what AI does when it reaches people who were never served before: 600,000 learners, many from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, getting a patient tutor in their pocket. That is the version of AI I care about.
Not the demo, but the system that quietly makes a difference for someone who needed it.

Chapter 04 · EAGLE Force Shared within authorized limits
From a storybook to a state platform
I write story books, so I wrote one about the fight against drugs: Phoenix Rising: The Fight Against Drugs. I submitted it to Shri Sandeep Shandilya, Retd. IPS, Director of EAGLE Force, then known as the Anti Narcotics Bureau. Soon after, the Bureau held an anti-drug awareness event at Vasavi.
Alongside the book I had built Shield AI, a questionnaire-based assessment that estimates how close someone is to addiction. I presented it to the Bureau's team as a poster and won the poster presentation competition.
Best Poster Award from TGANB Director Sri Sandeep Shandilya IPS
Soon after, the EAGLE Force team called me to the office and gave me real work: build the platform. Over months, as a solo developer and under the guidance of DIG Shri Abhishek Mohanty, IPS, and SP Shri KCS Raghu Vir, I built a 26-module ecosystem on a .gov.in domain with three AI engines: SAHAY AI (a 24/7 multilingual support companion in English, Telugu, Hindi and Urdu), SHIELD AI (a risk assessment engine) and MITRA-TG (an early-warning screening tool for parents and educators). The platform was formally launched on 31 March 2026 by Shri B. Shivadhar Reddy, IPS, Director General of Police, Telangana.
From the first line of code to a live deployment on a government domain.
Earlier, on 26 June 2025, the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Telangana, Shri Anumula Revanth Reddy, recognized me as an "Anti-Drug Awareness Soldier" with a medal at the TGANB Anti-Drug Awareness Awards.
I come from Tatipamula village in Wanaparthy and study in Hyderabad. This chapter is proof to me that local talent can build national-scale technology.

Chapter 05 · Industry
From the field to the firm
After the EAGLE Force deployment, the Director of TGICCC, a retired IPS officer, invited me to join as a Full Stack AI Engineer intern, working on Dial 112 and the TGICCC website and applications. I worked with the team closely and learned what emergency-grade software demands.
In my third year, second semester, I joined Techmatic Systems on a fast-track offer, a year before finishing my B.Tech. I am glad I did: it put me inside a team shipping agentic products, including FlowOS, and into the founding core of Botella AI Labs.
A job offer a full year before graduation.

Chapter 06 · Why sovereign and agentic
Intelligence that stays where it belongs
Most of what I build runs inside public institutions: drug law enforcement, emergency response, cybercrime units. That data can't be shipped to someone else's servers.
The models have to live where the people using them do.
That's why I pretrained EagleAI from scratch and why T-RACE ONE runs on-device.
Agentic systems are the other half. Real work is a chain of decisions, not a single prompt, and I want systems that plan, act and can be checked at every step.
07
Chapter 07 · The mark
One ribbon, one orb
The mark is a 7 folded from a single continuous ribbon, carrying an orb at its center, drawn in the gradient that runs from cyan through blue to magenta and orange.
The 07 is the signature.
dspraneeth07
The folded ribbon stands for systems built end to end, in one piece. The orb is the intelligence it carries, held at the center, not sent away.
Co-Founder, CEO and AI Researcher at Atlas AI Labs, a student-led AI research lab at Vasavi College of Engineering, Hyderabad, building agentic systems, sovereign AI tools and open research infrastructure.
What I built
T-RACE ONE (flagship): India's first sovereign OSINT identity intelligence platform. Correlates digital presence across 2,003+ platforms (1,168+ India-specific) in under 60 seconds; DPDP Act 2023 compliant, on-device, built for law enforcement and threat intelligence teams.
AOLP: a theoretical framework reframing AI development as irreversible physical phase transitions, introducing Developmental Gating, the Irreversibility Index (DII) and the Law of Compressive Necessity toward ontogeny-driven AGI.
KiranaChain: a multi-agent negotiation benchmark on India's 12–14M kirana-store economy, modelling informal credit, supply-chain dynamics and multilingual commerce. Released on Hugging Face (DOI 10.57967/hf/9015).
NeuroGenesis: a self-optimizing compiler using Transformer IR encoding and RL that discovers optimization rules autonomously: 0.28 execution-cost reduction vs. a 0.00 LLVM baseline, outperforming MLGO and AutoPhase.
GCT-100K: a 100,000-sample cyber-manipulation benchmark (phishing, OTP fraud, social engineering) with a novel Cognitive Manipulation Score (CMS). Apache 2.0.
