India Standard Time (UTC+5:30), with overlap for calls with Europe, the Middle East and the US East Coast by arrangement.

Who owns the IP, and do you sign NDAs?

Ownership is set out in each proposal; by default, work product created for you transfers to you on final payment. We're happy to sign your NDA before we discuss details.

How do you handle sensitive data?

Data stays where you need it to. We can work entirely on your infrastructure, on-prem or air-gapped, and nothing is used outside the engagement.

Can you deploy on-prem or in a sovereign environment?

Yes. On-prem and sovereign deployment is a core part of the AI & Core Engineering package.

Is academic support ethical?

Yes, when it stays within editing, structuring and technical guidance. Authorship, original ideas and claims remain entirely yours. We don't write research content for anyone to submit as their own.

What formats do you offer for training?

A 1-day workshop, a 4-week cohort or a semester programme or live online, each with curriculum, hands-on labs and certificates.

How are payments structured?

Projects are quoted after a discovery call and usually paid in milestones agreed in the proposal. Ongoing work can move to a monthly retainer.

What happens after delivery?

Every project includes a support window for fixes and questions. After that, support continues on a retainer if you want it.
