The invention
A web-based, intelligent AQI prediction system for citizens, researchers, policymakers and environmental agencies:
- Real-time monitoring of pollutants (PM2.5, PM10, NO₂, CO₂, O₃, SO₂) and weather (temperature, humidity, wind, rainfall).
- Forecasting with five models: linear regression, LSTM, random forest, deep neural networks and a Transformer-based model, in a dual strategy that combines classical and deep learning methods.
- Interactive dashboards, PDF reports and seasonal trend analysis.
- Location-specific health advisories.
- Real-time model switching and performance benchmarking for transparency.
Built for Hyderabad and easily extended to other cities, it supports urban planning, environmental research, policymaking and community awareness. The concept, research and execution were led by Dhadi Sai Praneeth Reddy and Kasireddy Manideep Reddy under QwikZen Group India (XpeditionR).
